To comprehensively communicate the 2025 strategic plan and rally key personnel to drive the implementation of the “Dual Improvement” goals, Huayi held a key employee symposium on March 7. Chairman Gao, business sector leaders and key employee representatives attended the meeting, engaging in in-depth discussions on the company’s work objectives and core tasks for the new year.

At the beginning of the meeting, Chairman Gao provided a systematic interpretation of the company's 2025 "Dual Improvement" strategy, emphasizing key objectives and focus areas. He stressed that in the face of new industry opportunities and challenges, the company must adhere to a "business-led" strategic approach, promoting market-driven precision responses, efficiency upgrades in production, collaborative optimization in management to build competitive advantages; and integrate artificial intelligence applications as a breakthrough point to strengthen the foundation for sustainable corporate development.

Focusing on challenges in market expansion, project delivery, and internal collaboration, various business units aligned their initiatives with the "Dual Improvement" strategy, systematically deploying action plans with the following measures: Process Optimization & Cross-Department Collaboration - Enhancing technical applications and coordination to improve market response and project/production order fulfillment efficiency; Risk & Compliance Management - Strengthening quality risk control, reinforcing compliance, and using safety and environmental case studies as key learning tools; AI & Digital Empowerment - Accelerating the integration of AI and digitalization to drive cost reduction, efficiency improvement, and business innovation, effectively breaking bottlenecks; Interdisciplinary Cooperation & Talent Strategy - Refining cross-functional collaboration mechanisms to expedite the implementation of corporate culture and talent strategies, injecting momentum into high-quality development.

Commitment to Action, Opening a New Chapter

In conclusion, Chairman Gao summarized that key employees are the backbone of strategic execution and must take ownership of their roles - excelling in their fields while maintaining a holistic view to drive resource integration. He called on all employees to align with the "Dual Improvement" goals, transforming strategic plans into concrete actions to collectively write a new chapter of high-quality development in 2025.

Through goal communication, case analysis, and cross-domain discussions, the symposium further unified perspectives and clarified pathways, laying a solid foundation for efficient execution throughout the year.
